Welcome to DentTracks, a SaaS platform provided by DentTracks Software LLC (hereinafter referred to as “DentTracks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing and using the DentTracks platform (including the website denttracks.com and any related services, applications, and content, collectively the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully.

DentTracks provides a software-as-a-service platform designed for managing dental practice workflows, patient communication, scheduling, eligibility verification, claims submission, claims tracking, accounts reconciliation, analytics and incentives program.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your access to the paid features of the Service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.
The Service, including all software, code, designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other content (excluding User Data as defined below), is owned by or licensed to DentTracks and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms and your subscription plan.
You retain ownership of any data, information, or material that you upload, input, or otherwise provide to the Service (“User Data”). By using the Service, you grant DentTracks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, use, process, copy, distribute, perform, modify, and transmit your User Data for the purposes of providing, supporting, and improving the Service, and as otherwise permitted in our Privacy Policy.

Text STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to the number from which you received the message to unsubscribe from all DentTracks SMS communications. You will receive the following confirmation message: “You have been unsubscribed from DentTracks. You will no longer receive messages from us. To resubscribe, call us at [Phone Number]. Thank you!”
Text HELP to the number from which you received the message. You will receive the following message: “Need help? Reply to this message, and we’ll assist you. For help, call [Office Number] or visit https://denttracks.com/privacy-policy To opt out, reply STOP. Standard message and data rates may apply.”
Reply YES to confirm a specific request or action, such as confirming an appointment.
Reply NO or CANCEL to cancel a specific request or action, such as canceling an appointment.
Reply RESCHEDULE to initiate the process of changing your appointment time. Further instructions may follow.

By providing your mobile phone number and replying YES to confirm your consent to receive SMS messages from DentTracks, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions.
The Service may integrate with or provide links to third-party services or applications. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. DentTracks does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for the functionality, security, or content of any third-party services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DentTracks, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
